lifting a 2wd nissan

buddy wants to go mudding with a 2wd nissan.  Only truck he's got so...
He wants to lift it :smack: and put some bigger mud tires on it
how would he go about it? as cheap as possible?? body or suspension lift??
oh yeah, its a 90 so it has IFS.
Tips?? Ideas??  And i already smacked him for not getting a 4x4

Body lift would be the cheapest and less labor instensive, but for the mud you'll want more drivetrain clearance so it would be better to lift the suspension.

Just wait until WHITE_TRASH sees this, he'll set ya straight :thumbs:

crank the torsion bars, get some lift blocks and enjoy the ride :hammerhead:

as mike said, get a body lift if he wants more...

Oh yeah and don't forget a winch to pull his behind out of the mud because he will get stuck. :screwy:
