Let's hope you get a ticket for that, cause you will if you use it in public, and it'll be pretty jacked up if you honk it at anybody 
I was standing there with the OHMVR Chief on Friday when someone let out with a horn. This guy is the top LEO in the State for OHV. He kind of grimaced and turned away. I knew he wanted to go find the truck that had it. It is only a matter of time if you are letting it out in gas stations and stuff.
