my horn quit working years ago and would like to fix it. Someone a long time ago told me
There is a common part that fails but can't remember what it is.  Truck is an 85 SR5.
Thanks in advance.

There's a contact pin under the steering wheel that makes contact with a ring when you push the button, and over time they become worn to the point where they don't make full or any contact.  Toyota can get you one or you can get them on-line

You can go through life being scared of the possible, or you can have a little fun and tease the inevitable.

Give a man venison, he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to hunt Blacktail, he'll be frustrated for life!
