Do trunnion bearings go out that often?
Japanese trunion bearings last several years, but cheap immitation trunion bearings will NOT
a couple months ago i was forced to use a TG trunion bearing under the drivers side steering arm, i set preload and drove to town 5 miles. on the way home i got bad death wobble, i jacked the tire up and sure enough it wiggled (yes the race was seated FIRMLY) I pulled the knuckle loose and reset preload (took out the thick shim and replaced with 3 thin shims) after a week of driving on the street it was giving me the death wobble AGAIN.
