What does drinking have to do with anything?

(Could they have been talking about me?)....
http://www.sharetrails.org/magazine/article/?id=990We had one incident where an individual group—not affiliated with our clean up—decided to drive into an off limits area, clearly identified by the red signs. One vehicle drove off the single-track trail and ended up flipping over. Although the parties were drinking and driving, no injuries were reported. We quickly sent a recovery team and one of our emergency medical technicians from staging to assist. We also notified the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) of the incident. The vehicle was recovered and the mess was cleaned up.
