So, why run 90/100 high low lights. Low beams are generally 55 watts, and highs are generally rated 55/90 watts. So, buy getting these, you might as well just be running highbeams all the time.

I have to disagree on this one. I have the Hella h4 kit in my truck and it is ridiculously brighter than the regular sylvanias I had. And those were the silverstars. I have the 55/60 bulbs in my lights and they do not blind on coming traffic at all. If the lows are aimed right they will be fine as long as it has a crisp cut off.
