So this is my first SAS and I was wondering if some with more experience could check my work. Let me know what you think? Good and Bad. Ideas of things to change.

Front Axle with Gussets

Frame Tubs

Front Hanger

Shock Hoops. With 3/16" plate on the frame. Drive and Passenger sides.

It all together.... For now.

I think further is better. The shackle angle is good esp for full droop.

I set the front hanger 3/4" forward. I will be running 38's and don't want them in the cab. This is a 6" MC lift also. with 14" shocks..

I have 360lbs of concrete sitting on the front and large tubs of water and all four tires in the cab to give me ride weight. With the block, trans and TC. Other then that the truck is gutted. The front is sitting on the axle on jackstands. The rear is hanging from the engien lift till i get the Rear Lift installed. I am just waiting.

Looking good!! What welder are you using? I see it's a Miller but which model (110 or 220 volt, gas/no gas...)?

So i got the rear lift done! along with the sliders. Now all that is left if final welding, powder on the frame, and then on to the egnine, axles and the cab. w00t one thing down.... What do yall think. Using the factory frame shock mounts the shock have a drifferent angle driver side to passenger side.... weird.

You may want to inboard the rear shocks. It doesn't  look like there is much shaft showing and that is with almost no weight on them. Now 's the time to do it if you are going to before powdercoating. Clean build

So should i inboard them with:

http://www.sky-manufacturing.com/new/detaproduct.php?id=131

Leave them

Or just move them down adding a little more shock shaft?

I called the people at Marlin and they said it looked ok. I've also plan on using my yota as a truck and have heard that inboarding the shocks reduces the weight you can carry. But now i'm all freaking out...... Damnit! :-p Atleast i can mod the axle without f'en up the frame.

inboard them but keep the top of the shock about 12 inches apart and move the bottom as far to the leafs as possible, if it does reduces the amount of weight it isn't enough to worry about. :flamer: :driving:
