ur wrong on that the pedal assy is the same between runners and trucks 83 to 95 but u can put ur intake on the new motor i didnt think bout that the only problem with the pedals is veing auto to 5 speed the firewall will need to be drilled for ur slave  cylinder the cabs were punched the same the indentation is there beside ur brake booster u cus have to make the hole and the top holes on ur pedal assy may not line up w aneything bc the auto had 2 less  bolts than the manual jus drill and nut and bolt them i even used a 94 truck pedal assy in my 95 t100 theres so much the same between all yotas
