I fibbed on the registration for my yota. No way in hell it's passing emissions...since it has none (anymore)....so I registered it at a buddies place in Tillimook
I live in Beaverton but on the form there was a field about half way down on the right that asked for the address of the vehicle if it was different than your living residence. :shrug:
