um well got started on pulling the head aprt and cleaning everything up.

well the head was out decided to pull the valves and install new vavle guide seals and lap the valves.

dont know if any of you know how to lap vavles but decided to show a little trick i use. you find some hose that fits end of the valve and a drill bit. in my opinion it works way faster then the old hand tool. a little tip find a pressure regulator so the drill does not go to fast needs to be slooow.

heres a pick of the intake(the bigger one) lapped and the exhaust not cleaned up really nice. lapping is just a cheap way of doing a valve job lol. guess it goes with the free truck.
