Get a second person to watch the slave cylinder as you push the pedal and watch for it to actuate.

the slave cyl only actuates when u push on the clutch hard, but when the pedal is pushed soflty to the floor, the slave cyl doesnt move.
90 std cab, 3.slow, short box bobbed 12", 85 front, hi-steer, hi-pinion, 529s, locked, 39.5 iroks, 5" marlin springs, bilsteins...
