magnetic screw driver wont really work with aluminum LOL......try using a vacuum with a small piece of vac line with some kind of funnel or whatever to size it down yea know, im sure with the turbo you wouldnt want any lil shavings getting into your exhaust.... of course when you tap coat the vanes with grease to capture the shavings...

when i did it on a friends celica we just fired her up and let her run.... that was bout 60k miles ago so i guess it didnt hurt anything lol...
