I've always heard of of coffee grounds.  But the best thing is a good thorough cleaning.  You'll get most of it out, but not all of it.  (ie. vents and cloth)

Just steam clean the seats and fabric, and a good degreaser/cleaner for everything else.  And a case of those tree air fresheners.  Or those little clip on air fresheners that attach to the vents.
