Alright, here's the pics.  They're not very good, but you get the gist of it.  I used a 1/2" grade 8 bolt, believe it was 5" long.

The mount was already torn, so I just cut the threaded stud off, drilled a hole all the way through, and fastened it with the bolt.















So far so good, laid the truck over a few times last weekend with no movement.  Didn't really notice any additional vibration, but I've got other problems that would cover that right now.
