Im always waiting to see someone one the road and online but rarely yet. hehe cheesemaker, haha, it sounds funny when you say it out loud, cheese maker, lol. (not trying to be rude, just like them name, it makes me think about the note on someones marlin package from tilly saying send cheese. i dunno if its you or not). and how far nor cal? I like to consider northern cali as southern oregon and washington just north oregon. were all the same. i went to highschool in ashland for a couple years. I can't wait to not just watch turttle land but be part of it. thanks again
No sweat dude, I grew up going to Tillamook High and we were the cheesemakers, and we hated being called that. All the other schools used to make fun of us and asking us what a cheesemaker is.
And now look at me, I run the vats at the cheese factory, and its my screen name!
Yeah, that was my shipment from Marlin and it was Jon that wrote that on my invoice. I always bring cheese to Marlin when I come down. Marlin himself loves pepperjack!
