weld the
out of it or dont do it. If you are concerned about it breaking... make sure it doesnt break. Are you are running gears or just have 4.10s? If you are still stock gears then weld the spiders to the carrier and dont look back. If you have gears and might want to replace the spiders later then weld just the spiders together and run it HOT! Or spend the $70 bucks and not worry about it.
I ran a welded that I didnt weld and I broke it on 37s. I welded 3 more after that and they didnt break. I never worried about it tho. If you are confident in your welding then it will be fine.
