Well got it out. The only problem is it took out the oil ring(or whatever it is called) inside the axle. So I still have to drop the third out. Thanks Freds40 and zukjunkie13 for the advice. I ended up buying too small of pvc so I hammered it on the broken inner then tapped it out with the 1/4 rod from the back.
Well now I have 2 new tools that take up no space and cost about $4 total, but proved to be very necessary in removing this shaft. The PVC pipe and steel dowel.

Metal dowel through the other side. Its 1/4 but i think 3/16 would have been better to slip past the centershaft in the ARB.

The oil retainer shubbadubb bent and broke inside the axle. Bobby Long told me to get rid of these. If they were not there I would not have to drop out the 3rd member.
