Two more things.

1. Check the drive wheel to make sure that the larger of the two groves in under the wire and lined up right.

2. Remove the wing nut on the spring load pressure arm and thighten down about eight full turns.

3 CAT scans a MRI and some time with the shrink and it's comfirmed. I'm just not right in the head.
