44's would kill me
They don't have a truck slab though, only passenger car/light truck tires. I've been stretching and stretching and stretching my back too, all throughout the day, and even bought some over the counter orthotic inserts for my shoes. Those definately make my shoes more comfy, and will hopefully help with my back a little.
