Your e-brake cables run along the outside of the drivers side frame.  Look for a section where you can tighten up a nut on a threaded section. 
Do you have disc brakes on the rear?  If you got drums, adjust up the adjusters, so the shoes just slightly drag the drum when you spin the axle.
