You should be fine then, but may experience blow-by and loss of compression when engine gets hot. Did you rotate the crank before you put the pistons in, was it easy or hard to rotate. Also did you lube up the pistons, rings, and cylinder walls well. Also I hope you cleaned and washed the block after honing till it was super clean.
