If you let her drive once, just be prepared to buy another 4x4, that's just what happened to me, and look what I hadda go out and buy!
I would say that It's a work in progress, but I've convinced her that TOYS are SSSOOO much better that I'm now doing a build-up of a '78 cruiser for her!
