how about you add a shackle in your suspension on that pig? it should help with the 
that always happens in a 70s rig like that.
the two wires are not ebrake, they are electric trailer brakes, one is hot, the other is ground, goes to the frame.
It's a "slipper style" leaf spring....seems to work pretty well for what it is.. The end of the spring slides back and forth in a mount when it flexes
also...by "ebrake" he really meant "electric brake"
We'll see how she tows first...
