the issue i am having is that where the crossmember actually bolts to frame. all of the threaded holes are actually stripped out. and the tabs for the 4 outer holes are actually peeling from the frame. the budbuilt crossmember uses these same mounting holes as the stock 1 and so does the turtle shell as well as others. i did find 1 from a company called 4x innovations that is actually a tube style crossmember that uses a totally different mounting base. it bolts to the frame but in a different location. though i have never heard of this company, and am not sure how the actual fit is. is there anybody out there that has 1 or know anybody that does. or any other suggestions :help:
