7= either the TPS (throttle positioning sensonr) or the ECU (electronic control unit) are not woring properly and need to be replaced.

11=also refers to the TPS which is possibly defective and it alos refers to the ECU again cause that may be faulity





and the huge read above will tell you how to check and set the TPS which is located on the right side of the throtle body.
