from past experiance, if you run a spring pack that consist more of four leaf springs you will need to run a reverse nipple j-arm and run a drop drag link cause with a regular j-arm, the drag link will hit the springs and you will not be able to turn right...  so you will need to grind the welds off of the j-arm and press the ball out... then press it in the other way and then weld it in place...
