We're not going to be able to give you an accurate answer.  You have rough weights on what you want to add, so have someone that weighs about that much sit on the front of your truck.  Otherwise, just put the damn stuff on and adjust your torsion bars accordingly.
while  it could have been said  in a  nicer manner,  i totally agree, 

stick someone  of that  weight on the hood  and step back,  its not going to sag  more than 1/2 inch over all

if it does  crank the torsion bars up

for the money  i wouldnt bother with aftermarket  t-bars,  you could just about sas the thing  for the effort  it takes  to replace them
