Any R&P will handle 33" tires without a problem inless you have an IFS front.

richmonds are holding up just fine in my IFS with 35"s (before that 37"s) 

For most of us, you do have to look at cost as well.  Sure, toyota r&p s MAY be better, but if you balance out the cost, I'd go with a name brand of known high quality.  Personally, I've had experience with genuine (crap), yukon ( great) , and richmond (very happy with them)
