ya those, or the steel ring in between the felt and rubber.
the last three marlin kits ive bought had all the steel hardware
when i called marlin they said they said they dont sell that steel ring between the felt and rubber with their kits. we ended up buying the whole sets of felts and rubber from the dealer just for those.
