and  to  "pull" the lug into the hub  just put a large nut  and a washer  under the lug nut and  torque till it  sucks it all the way  in

or  do it my way,  but i wouldnt unless you have new seals and  new bearings

That is a real iffy way to put them back in (yes I use to do it). It streches the lug stud making them more prone to break.
