Dude dont want to step on your flowers but CATCO isnt all that great...Fire Im getting custom piping done in a shop here and he will do it for about 200 or so....all you would need is a heade,r cat, and a cherry bomb muffler ant thats the cheapest way to go 
by your numbers, you're gonna buy a header (wash) a cat (wash) and instead of paying $230 for the cat-back, you're gonna pay some guy to put in $200 of pipe and you're gonna suppy the $20 cherry bomb?
