I don't think you'll get a better ride from cranking your torsion bars. That'll stiffen up the ride even more than the procomp lift.
I've got the same lift on my truck, you just need to let it settle a little bit. Once those bushing wear in, it'll ride a lot smoother. To fix the rear, I'd go with some marlin springs, or even some f150 or chevy springs
