anyone know what size the countersunk screws are? size and length would be great!

I measured the stock bolts on my elocker with my calipers and ordered these flat heads from McMaster based on the length (16mm) of the threads on the stock bolt.
M8x1.25
mcmaster part number 91294A282
http://www.mcmaster.com/It's $8.24 for a box of 25 so you only need one box.
or if you have a screw shop nearby, it's an M8x1.25 thread with an overall length of 16mm
