Well now I'm scared. It's only been in the system for about five days. My pump had not been leaking as of yet. I may just dump the fluid out and flush the system and put ATF just to be safe. 
I did not even think to look up in the FSM if the system took ATF.
I would definitely drain and refill it with ATF....anything else can eff up your seals and its not fun to rebuild a box
