The truck had very little power and I was getting terrible fuel milage.  It didn't seem to miss at all though.  The part cost about 150 I think, and it was from toyota, which was the cheapest place and the quickest to get.  It isn't too bad to change either, you'll need a 27mm socket, approx 12" extension and a universal.  It is between the fuel filter and oil filter, single wire connector.
