Oh yes, TP, that is a must. I have a roll in every vehicle and 1 in each emergency kit.
I also forgot to mention that I usually have a few of those cheap little candles and a few packs of matches sealed in plastic packages with my wifes food sealer. Keeps 'em dry no matter what.
