so far the tranny looks rebuildable. removed the transfer adapter. found out the shifter assembly is different on a r151 than on the 93 r150. have to remove the rear screw in plug and shift lever shaft to get it a part. found destroyed shifter seat, socket and a large chunk of aluminum on the bottom of the case.
hmm wonder where that came from??? shift fork maybe?
