I didn't realize that Robert Knievel spelled his stage name "Evel" not "Evil".

I grew up in the Evel Knievel era, riding my bike around the neighborhood, trying to jump everything in sight. I had the little windup toy that was used and abused too.

Yes, RIP Evel!     Man, that brings back memories. I remember throwing my motorcycles down the stairs just to watch them flip and crash just like the real thing...    Those were good times! 

  I had the stunt cycle and the stunt chopper. I remember a friend of mine had a Evel Knievel BMX bike that had a tank and some other cool stuff to make it look like a motorcycle and it was red,white and blue...that was cool!  Back then...
