here are the unknown wires
1. White w/ Black stripe & single red bands ----Ground
2. Green w/ White stripe & groups of 2 red bands----Brake Lights
3. Green w/ groups of 2 red bands----Licence plate
4. Red w/ Black stripe----Back Up lights
This is according to my FSM for my 90 PU
Turn signals are separate from the brake/tail light.
