You can use some butcher paper, a pencil or pen & a small ballpeen hammer. Tape the paper to the winch covering the mounting holes. The use the pencil & poke the bolt holes out. After you get an idea of were the holes are, you can use a small ballpeen hammer & lightly tap the outer edge of the bolt holes. The ball end of the hammer will cut the paper around the hole. I have had to make gasket before & this is how I do it. Practice on something else so you get a feel for it. Be careful not to damage the threads  :crossed:
