If you down grade, go to the 3rz awesome power and better mpg than the v6. You've got the tranny, just need the bellhousing. I wouldn't go down to the 22re, you wouldn't be happy with the difference in loss of power! If you did go to 22re, you'd definitely want to re-gear to regain power!
