It should be fine with a 4.3 I'm doing something similar in my other truck I'm building. Not sure about the top speed maybe 75ish? My bro has a 435 4 speed and a 205 in his runner with 5.13's and top speed with him is about 60-65 maybe 70 down hill with a tail wind drafting
