Not at all.. It would prolly take a 1 hour tops... to change the mounts.. on it.. they are angle iron on the side of the bed all that needs to be done is cut the counts off that are on there now and place new angle iron where the mounts need to go.. simple and weld them right on. get some poly bushings and grade 8 bolts and your good to go.. that easy...
