Haha I saw that thing when I went up to Arcadia, CA about a month ago. I was riding with my cousin and she was hauling ass so I didnt stop and take a picture, but we had a slight scare when we saw that patrol car sitting there. Took us a moment to realize the "scarecrow" inside wasnt going to chase us down...
