Also check your clutch pedal bracket to see if its bent. On my cousin 89 his clutch wouldnt work right, it wouldnt shift good like the clutch wouldnt disengage all the way and we ended up tearing it down and seeing the clutch wasnt worn at all. His clutch pedal bracket was bent so he was losing a lot of pedal travel. But to get your power back you need to regear it.
