Where are you located? Have you tried the junkyards yet?
Have you tried e-bay? (edit.. sorry that was a link to TAP. They've been known to screw people out of there money.)
there is also a vendor on Pirate that has a Toy junk yard. In the Bay Area (California) I forgot his screen name though. Maybe someone will remember.
