Did you chain the motor mounts to the frame? That seems to help. My drain plug is also hitting my crossmember but it's due to the fact that the hole in my super old All-Pro crossmember isn't in the correct spot. I need to enlarge the hole and I'll be fine. My other problem is the old All-Pro crossmember only uses one t-case rubber mount.
