You have to get one that special for 4Runners. I bought a 2" lift for a truck & found that all of all the bolts that are supplied only 2 were right. The cheapest way to go is on E-Bay, buy the blocks. Then goto your local hardware store & pickup the nuts & bolts. You will have to make the brackets to drop the radiator 2". Your gas filler hose should be ok, I didn't have to modify mine. If you want more info, send me a PM
