lol found it quickly after i started it up and it flung oil in my face ya it is definatly the seal behind the crank pully

Trick I learned about the oil pump seals to keep them from pushing out. When you install the new one, take a flathead screw driver and smack the seal housing at the 12-3-6-9 O'clock marks. This will make a few teeth on the pump that will help hold the seal in better.
