Is the power at low end noticable? I still need to pass smog. Will I need to hang on to the stock distributer to pass emissions?
I have a recurve kit in my chevy and still passes smog no problem.
(CA SMOG) Power at low end is a little more responsive. All a recurve kit is going to do is change how fast you accomplish total advance not change how much total advance, thus the
curve change. Just be sure you not to have it advance too fast or it may ping at lower RPM's.
Trial and error method works best!
